How to buy a residence that would bring wealth and good fortune?
As the ancient saying goes, “Man die in pursuit of wealth, and birds die in pursuit of food.”
Many people place the topmost priority on having luck in wealth accumulation. So what are the qualities of a residence that would bring wealth and good fortune?
Someone asked me which area in Singapore should he be looking if he were to buy a new home? In which area of Singapore are the residences that would bring wealth and good fortune located?
How could we tell if the residence is one that would bring wealth and good fortune?
I told Mr Lee, “The fengshui master needs to look at many aspects of the residence to determine if it is one that would bring wealth and good fortune. For example, the area it is in, its general layout within the environment, whether there are factors that would clash or weaken its fortunes, etc .”
For instance, fengshui masters would talk about the position of “auspicious mountain and auspicious direction”. It must be determined by the fengshui master using the compass.
The following are, in my opinion, the qualities of a residence that would bring wealth and good fortune:
Firstly, we must look at the fengshui of the area fronting the residence. This is the most direct and simple way. For example, flat ground or grassland or an open carpark, etc in front of the residence helps to accumulate wealth.
Secondly, is there “a jade belt that hugs the waist” (fengshui terminology). It would seem as though the residence is being hugged by the road. Do note that the road needs to be “hugging” the dwelling and not hitting it. Otherwise, it would be inauspicious.
